Infident is a U.S.-based software development and digital marketing company with 8+ years of experience and over 300 successful projects in the healthcare and dental industries. We help practices grow through strategic marketing, SEO, paid ads, social media, and performance-driven campaigns.

We are now expanding our internal marketing team and looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who will plan, coordinate, and optimize marketing activities for Infident and our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful marketing projects, enforce strong SEO and AEO performance, and coordinate our creative and technical teams — all while working remotely with an international company.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Plan and manage integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, content, ads, and analytics).
Lead and coordinate projects between departments — SEO, design, development, and social media.
Oversee SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) performance for both Infident and client accounts.
Identify growth opportunities and implement best practices for higher online visibility.
Track key performance metrics and prepare marketing performance reports.
Collaborate with leadership on marketing priorities, campaign goals, and timelines.

💡 What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in digital marketing management (agency or multi-client background preferred).
Strong understanding of all digital marketing aspects including but not limited to SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, AEO, analytics, and online campaign optimization.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking — results-oriented mindset.
Fluent English (comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams).
Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote environment.

⏰ Work Structure & Flexibility

We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements:

Full-Time: 40 hours/week – full ownership of marketing coordination and results.
Work is fully remote in the Pacific Standard time zone schedule.
Ultimately, employees get paid based on their tracked time while sharing screen shots.
