Product Manager - UX Journey Design

🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager – Product Management & UX Journey Design

📍 Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

🎯 Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Technical Project Manager with a strong background in user behavior analysis, UX strategy, and end-to-end customer journey design.

The ideal candidate will combine product management expertise with user-centered design to identify customer pain points, improve adoption, and translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through user research, behavioral analysis, and customer journey mapping.
• Develop user personas, workflows, journey maps, and experience designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Identify adoption risks, user pain points, and opportunities to improve customer experiences.
• Translate business needs and user insights into product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, roadmap planning, and requirement refinement.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to validate concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience, including strong Product Manager / Product Owner experience.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Strong knowledge of user behavior analysis, UX research, and end-to-end journey mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar prototyping and visualization tools.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration.
• UX certification (NN/g, Interaction Design Foundation, or equivalent) preferred.
