About the Role
Inferno Partners is a fast-growing iGaming acquisition network operating across multiple international markets. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our presence in the Turkish market.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead this expansion, with the opportunity to shape, structure, and scale growth initiatives across the region.
This is a high-autonomy role where you will have a direct impact on both strategy and results.
Responsibilities
Market Ownership
- Own the Turkey strategy end-to-end
- Define how we enter, position, and scale within the local market
- Turn opportunities into structured growth plans
Acquisition & Growth
- Build and lead multi-channel acquisition across Paid Media, Affiliates, Organic, Social, and alternative traffic sources
- Develop scalable funnels focused on FTDs, ROI, and long-term player value
- Identify high-performing opportunities quickly — and scale them efficiently
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and acquisition shifts within Turkey
Team & Structure
- Build and coordinate the local marketing structure (media buyers, creatives, affiliates, external partners)
- Define workflows, processes, reporting standards, and performance expectations
- Ensure execution is fast, clear, data-driven, and performance-oriented
Experimentation & Edge
- Test unconventional channels and growth opportunities
- Explore influencer traffic, Telegram ecosystems, community-driven acquisition, and emerging traffic sources
- Continuously identify new ways to improve acquisition efficiency and market reach
- Adapt quickly to competitive and high-risk acquisition environments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-risk / performance-driven industries (iGaming, Crypto, Forex)
- Strong understanding of Turkish user behavior, acquisition dynamics, and local traffic ecosystems
- Experience building or scaling markets — not only managing campaigns
- Strong performance mindset with deep understanding of CTR, CPA, CVR, FTD, ROI, and funnel optimization
- Experience operating in competitive or restricted acquisition environments is a strong plus
- Ability to combine strategy, execution, leadership, and decision-making
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
