Software QA Engineer / NA

Job Description

As Software QA Engineer You will be responsible for:

• Design and execute automated regression tests using tools like Selenium WebDriver and JMeter to ensure software quality and performance.
• Perform API testing with tools such as Postman or Rest Assured and validate data formats like XML and JSON.
• Conduct database testing using SQL queries (inserts, updates, joins) and work with non-GUI data sources (e.g., flat files, XML).
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo and collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and evaluate product performance, ensuring reliability and usability of web applications and services.

Qualifications

Must have requirements:

• Experience at scripting automated regression tests, using tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of JMeter and SQL (insertions, updates, joins, etc.).
• Familiar with development concepts and formats such as XML, JSON, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience testing web applications and web services.
• Hands on experience in API(Postman/Rest Assured) testing.

Nice to have requirements:

• Development background
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience in testing non-GUI applications (SQL, Flat Files, XML, and etc.).
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.

Additional Information

• Work 1-2 days per month in the office in Krakow.
