Java Full Stack Developer (React)

Job Description

• Develop and maintain AEM + React components
• Collaborate with the team to make the solution scalable and future-proof
• Refactor and reduce technical debt
• Coach and support other developers in the team
• Analyze and resolve issues by digging into the root cause

Qualifications

• 3 – 5+ years in React (enterprise projects, reusable component libraries, testing), HTML, SCSS and JavaScript (ES6+)
• 3 –4+ years in Java
• Proven experience collaborating in a team and coaching junior developers
• Hands-on experience with release management using Git Flow (branching, tagging, hotfixes, release notes)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend, even in unfamiliar systems

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript
• Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest)
• Adobe Experience Manager knowledge
• CI/CD pipelines, Maven
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
