DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation (Hybrid or Remote in Portugal)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid experience in Linux environments and Cloud technologies to join a technical team focused on installing, monitoring, and maintaining OCS solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install OCS solutions in Cloud environments
• Monitor usage and scale the solution as needed
• Define and configure alarms
• Create and execute data repair scripts
• Develop workaround procedures to ensure service continuity
• Receive, analyze, and resolve production incidents
• Provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting
• Design procedures for system maintenance and issue resolution

Habilitações

• Solid experience in DevOps practices, particularly in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux systems administration and Shell Scripting
• Experience with AWS (knowledge of other cloud platforms is a plus)
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible
• Proficient in using GIT for version control and collaboration
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and design effective maintenance procedures
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and resolving production incidents
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
