We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic start-up team, specializing in the creation of innovative web applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled in transforming rough ideas and business requirements into fully functional prototypes. They should be comfortable interacting with stakeholders, gathering insights, and leading the design and development process to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in prompt engineering and AI/ML tools to design and optimize new products.

You will work on new projects from our clients, which are primarily small to medium enterprises (SMEs). Additionally, you will collaborate with other start-up founders to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and innovative web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with founders, stakeholders, and development teams to define product requirements.
Create end-to-end prototypes from rough concepts, wireframes, and user flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
Utilize AI-powered design tools and traditional software like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping.
Define and refine product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.
Leverage AI/ML tools and prompt engineering to enhance product development and user experience.
Work on projects for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and collaborate with start-up founders to develop POCs.
Ensure UI/UX consistency and high-quality design standards across all web applications.
Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, AI tools, and UI/UX trends.
Apply strong expertise in web application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Handle data management, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases effectively to support web applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product design and management for web applications.
Strong expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Ability to create fully interactive prototypes and design systems.
Experience in AI-powered design tools like Uizard, Galileo AI, or Adobe Sensei is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
Proficiency in prompt engineering to generate and refine AI-driven design solutions.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools for product design and development.
Experience working with small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups on POCs.
Strong background in web application architecture and best practices.
Knowledge of data handling, RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
Experience working in a start-up or agile environment is highly desirable.
