About the role:

We’re currently hiring for a fast-growing, VC-backed startup in the building materials space that’s building multiple brands across construction and specialty materials.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work across branding, packaging, social media, and marketing creatives — with some exposure to video editing as well.

Role: Graphic Designer

Location: Raipur

Work Setup: In-office | 6 days/week | 10 AM – 7 PM

What you’ll work on:

• Social media creatives & marketing assets
• Product packaging design
• Branding & visual communication
• Reels / basic video editing
• Supporting brand consistency across platforms

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience
• Strong expertise in Graphic Design
• Working knowledge of Video Editing
• Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Basic understanding of Premiere Pro / After Effects

Good to have:

• Figma / basic UI understanding
• Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, etc.)
• Startup experience
• Experience with product, manufacturing, or B2B brands

Important:

• This is NOT a UI/UX-focused role
• Core focus is Graphic Design + Video Editing
