Role Description The Data Scientist role at India’s Future Investors is a full-time remote position focused on turning complex data into actionable insights that support show design, audience engagement, and business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing exploratory analysis, and building statistical and machine learning models to understand participant behavior, performance, and viewing patterns. The role involves creating dashboards and visual reports to communicate trends to producers, marketing teams, and leadership, as well as designing experiments and A/B tests to optimize show features and digital products. The Data Scientist will collaborate closely with content, product, and technology teams to translate analytical findings into strategies that enhance viewer experience and drive growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Science and Data Analytics for modeling, experimentation, and insight generation.
• Candidates should possess solid Statistics and Data Analysis skills to design tests, interpret results, and ensure analytical rigor.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Visualization to build clear, compelling dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with SQL or similar query tools.
• Experience with machine learning libraries, analytics platforms, or BI tools (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in media, entertainment, gaming, or consumer analytics is a plus, as is an interest in personal finance and behavioral economics.
