Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements for operational and analytical reports.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Performs data cleansing, validation, and document data definitions. Establishes business rules and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using business intelligence tools.
Uses analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profiles of new business initiatives.
Queries and manipulates data using SQL to extract and transform data from databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Level Specific Responsibilities

Analyzes large datasets, identifies trends, and extracts insights to support decision-making processes
Develops and maintains data models and schemas to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
Builds and refines predictive and prescriptive models to support forecasting, optimization, and data-driven recommendations
Applies statistical techniques to analyze data and conducts hypothesis testing, when necessary
Implements data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and reliability

Accountability/Complexity

Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seeks guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexity
May provide guidance and assistance to subordinate professionals and/or support employees

Experience

3 years relevant
Working knowledge of SQL
Current or prior experience working with MS PowerBI
Experience using Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms (Redshift, Azure SQL)
Experience using Python a plus
Ability to work remotely - (excluding MA, CA, WA, HI, AK, CO, CT, MT, NY, NJ)
Preference for someone to work business hours in eastern or central US time zone

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
