Job Description

This is a remote position.

Inbound Marketing & GTM Operations Manager (Remote)

Incubyte is hiring a hands-on operations manager to run its inbound marketing and GTM execution. The website, SEO strategy, conference playbooks, and partner/referral systems are already built — this role owns execution, tracking, and follow-through, working closely with founders, sales, engineering, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Website: Maintain site post-handover; monitor performance, GA/GSC/GTM, forms, and conversions; track issues and fixes.
• SEO & Content: Execute the content calendar (blogs, case studies, landing pages, LinkedIn, newsletters); coordinate writers/designers/engineers from brief to publish; track organic traffic, keywords, and content performance.
• Conferences: Run existing conference playbooks (pre/during/post); coordinate event assets (decks, one-pagers, QR codes, meeting lists); track leads and outcomes.
• Partner & Referral: Maintain partner/referral trackers; coordinate collateral and communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Sales Enablement & Reporting: Maintain sales collateral (decks, case studies, one-pagers); ensure basic CRM/HubSpot hygiene and lead routing; deliver weekly/monthly reports across all workstreams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in B2B marketing, inbound marketing, marketing ops, content ops, or GTM coordination
• Background in B2B SaaS, tech services, AI, IT services, or consulting
• Strong project management, content calendar, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Working knowledge of SEO execution and performance tracking
• Familiarity with GA, GSC, GTM
• Comfortable with HubSpot/CRM basics
• Strong written communication
• High ownership; able to execute independently against existing playbooks

• Conference/event marketing experience
• Partner/referral GTM experience
• Experience with technical teams on content
• Webflow/WordPress familiarity
• Sales collateral creation
• Background in AI, cloud, data, or software services marketing
