Principal Responsibilities

💼 Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Node.js

💼 Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless technical solutions

💼 Build and manage microservices and RESTful APIs using Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks

💼 Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes

💼 Write modular, efficient, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability

💼 Participate in system architecture, design reviews, and technical planning

💼 Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

💪 3+ years of experience in backend development, especially with Node.js

💪 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

💪 Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, etc.)

💪 Proven experience in building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs

💪 Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

💪 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying applications to AWS, GCP, or Azure

💪 Familiarity with Agile practices, Git workflows, and test-driven development

💪 Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills

🚀 Experience integrating with AI/ML services or familiarity with AI-based workflows

🚀 Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm)
