Principal Responsibilities

💼 Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Python-based backend applications

💼 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives

💼 Build and manage microservices and APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask

💼 Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes

💼 Write clean, efficient, and modular code, adhering to best software engineering practices

💼 Participate in system architecture and design discussions, contributing to key decisions

💼 Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Requirements

💪 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally in SaaS or AI-powered product environments

💪 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

💪 Proficiency in Python and experience with modern frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask

💪 Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices

💪 Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

💪 Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment best practices

💪 Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes

💪 Solid understanding of software design principles and Agile development methodologies

💪 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
