What You'll Be Doing
- Design self-serve research systems and processes for PMs and Designers that can scale efficiently as the company grows
- Manage partnerships with external UXR platforms, serving as the primary point of contact and administrator
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for self-service research tools
- Enable product team members to conduct high-quality self-service research independently
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program for democratizing user research
- Track usage metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the self-service research program
- Collect feedback to ensure the self-serve tools/resources bring value to the company
- Establish quality standards for self-service research to ensure consistency and reliability
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to maximize the value of research insights
- Stay current on UX research tools and methodologies to recommend improvements to our tech stack
What you should have
- 8+ years of experience in program management, research operations, or a related field
- Experience with various tools like survey platforms, qualitative research platforms, and knowledge management systems.
- Strong documentation and process development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with product design teams is preferred
- Basic understanding of UX research methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $196,000 to $220,500 + benefits
