The Sr. Consumer Marketing Content Strategist role to leads and implements the content strategy for consumer marketing. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Consumer Marketing Content Strategy and combines strategy and execution. This person will create messaging frameworks, content plans, and journeys that boost engagement and deliver measurable marketing content results. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, establish foundational content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that increase member engagement. _The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
__Zone A: $_120,050 - $156,070 _+ equity + benefits
__Zone B: $_132,055 - $171,677 _+ equity + benefits
__Zone C: $_144,060 - $187,284 _+ equity + benefits
__Zone D: $_156,065 - $202,891 _+ equity + benefits

__Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
