Position: Technical Program Manager- Sales & Marketing

Compensation: $ 120,000 - 180,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Program Manager- Sales & Marketing to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to own the technology roadmap behind revenue growth. In this role, you’ll help shape the systems that power quote-to-close, CRM data quality, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence. You’ll partner closely with sales, marketing operations, and engineering teams to streamline workflows, improve automation, and deliver tools that support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Own the sales and marketing technology roadmap.
• Map current workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Design future-state processes, SOPs, and mockups.
• Lead CRM and quoting system integration efforts.
• Support revenue intelligence and marketing automation tools.
• Define KPIs for quote speed, conversion, and data quality.
• Drive adoption through rollout planning and enablement.
• Partner across technical and business teams.
• Build measurement frameworks for experiments and rollouts.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of technical program or product management experience.
• Strong technical background in software or data.
• Experience working across engineering and business teams.
• Comfort reading and writing code.
• Experience with HTTP APIs and queueing systems.
• Agile or Scrum experience required.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background building applications as an engineer or product manager.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Gong or revenue intelligence tools.
• Experience with CPQ or quote-to-cash systems.
• Exposure to HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Change management experience in sales or marketing organizations.
• Project management or product management certifications.
