About Inbound FinTech
We are an award-winning, rapidly scaling B2B digital consultancy specialising in FinTech and Financial Services.
As a HubSpot Elite Partner, we deliver cutting-edge solutions, on the HubSpot platform, tailored to the needs of our industry.
Headquartered in London’s 1 Poultry WeWork, our team operates predominantly remotely, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the internal marketing function at Inbound FinTech. This is a strategic and hands-on position, focused exclusively on promoting our agency – not managing client accounts.
As Marketing Manager, you will be part of the management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You’ll own the marketing strategy and execution that powers our growth, brand visibility, and reputation across fintech, RevOps, and HubSpot ecosystems.
You’ll take ownership of our website, digital marketing, content strategy, PR, and event participation, all while using HubSpot as the core marketing automation and CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute Inbound FinTech’s internal marketing strategy, aligned with our business objectives in the financial services and fintech space.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, web traffic, and qualified inbound interest.
- Create and manage a content calendar, working with internal stakeholders and external freelancers.
Digital and Website Management
- Manage and optimise the agency website for performance, UX, SEO, and conversion.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, organic social media, communities and email – using HubSpot as the central tool.
Content, PR & Communications
- Oversee agency content creation, including blogs, case studies, lead magnets, awards, and press releases.
- Develop PR strategies and collaborate with partners and industry publications to expand our reach.
Event Support & Brand Visibility
- Coordinate IFT’s presence at industry events, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities to increase visibility within the financial services sector.
- Develop compelling collateral and promotional assets that highlight IFT’s leadership and expertise in fintech and financial consulting.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, reporting on KPIs to the Managing Director.
- Continuously test, optimise, and improve marketing tactics based on insights and data.
Note: The responsibilities outlined above are intended to provide a general overview of the role and should not be considered exhaustive. The Marketing Manager may be required to undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support the organisation's objectives.

- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.

- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise multiple initiatives.
