We’re a remote-first, results-driven performance marketing agency. Our company website drives consistent traffic, especially from SEO, but we’re flying blind when it comes to attribution. Right now, we don’t know which content or channels actually drive leads. That’s where you come in.
Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven, marketing-savvy attribution expert to own our end-to-end analytics and reporting infrastructure across SEO and PPC. You'll audit, rebuild, and scale our entire lead attribution framework to give us a clear line of sight from click to close.
You’ll work closely with the marketing teams to connect GA4, Google Tag Manager, and our CRM (Pipedrive), and build dashboards that actually tell us something, not just look pretty.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Audit our existing GA4, GTM, and UTM setup, and identify key attribution gaps
- Rebuild a page and channel-level attribution model tied to actual lead quality
- Integrate GA4 and GTM with Pipedrive to unify CRM + marketing insights
- Deploy dashboards that surface lead-driving content, campaigns, and spend efficiency
- Enable monthly strategic reviews by automating reporting across SEO & PPC
Core Responsibilities
Attribution & Tracking
- Build lead attribution from the ground up using GA4, GTM, and Pipedrive
- Implement or optimize event tracking, UTM taxonomy, and channel grouping
- Differentiate and report on organic vs. paid lead sources across all funnels
SEO & PPC Data Analysis
- Use tools like SE Ranking, Search Console, and Google Ads to identify content and keyword performance
- Partner with the PPC team to analyze campaign efficiency and cross-channel performance
- Identify overlapping efforts, keyword cannibalization, or paid-organic synergy opportunities
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Build actionable dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- Deliver monthly performance reports that drive strategic conversations
- Lead internal review sessions with SEO and PPC leads to align priorities
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in marketing analytics, digital strategy, or performance marketing
- Deep experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Pipedrive (or similar CRM)
- Proven ability to build multi-touch attribution models and conversion funnels
- Skilled in building dashboards with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical chops + business acumen: you can tell stories with numbers

- Background in a remote performance agency or B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience setting up revenue tracking in CRMs or connecting marketing data to sales outcomes
