Marketing Specialist – Remote (US-Based)

About the Role
You’ll lead and support a variety of marketing initiatives, building campaigns, crafting content, managing social media, and producing on-brand visuals and event materials. You’ll work cross-functionally to support business goals and ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and engaging across all channels.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support brand awareness and engagement
- Create and edit content for email campaigns, social posts, press releases, presentations, and more
- Manage social media scheduling and engagement, especially on LinkedIn
- Oversee updates to website content and coordinate functionality improvements
- Design on-brand promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Review all communications for quality, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Provide on-site support at U.S.-based events throughout the year (approx. 10% travel)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Hands-on design experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience with event marketing
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools
