Marketing Specialist – Remote (US-Based)

Location: Remote (United States) | Full-Time | EST / PST

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to join a collaborative, fast-paced team. If you enjoy turning ideas into compelling campaigns and content, and thrive in a role where you can wear multiple hats, this opportunity is for you.

About the Role

You’ll lead and support a variety of marketing initiatives, building campaigns, crafting content, managing social media, and producing on-brand visuals and event materials. You’ll work cross-functionally to support business goals and ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and engaging across all channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and edit content for email campaigns, social posts, press releases, presentations, and more
  • Manage social media scheduling and engagement, especially on LinkedIn
  • Oversee updates to website content and coordinate functionality improvements
  • Design on-brand promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Review all communications for quality, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Provide on-site support at U.S.-based events throughout the year (approx. 10% travel)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on design experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
  • Proficiency in managing LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with event marketing
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools
