About the Role: IMS People Possible is looking for a senior marketing leader who can own two markets, think like a strategist, and execute like a builder. This role carries full responsibility for brand and marketing across the US and UK independently — covering demand generation, content, events, CRM, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Positioning
- Own brand strategy, voice, and visual consistency for IMS Decimal across all digital and offline touchpoints
- Ensure all marketing communication is sharp, consistent, and aligned to business objectives across both markets independently
Demand Generation
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting UK and US staffing firms with clear MQL, SQL, and revenue contribution goals
- Drive campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, email, SEO, and company websites with measurable outcomes on every activity
Content Strategy
- Lead creation and distribution of brand-aligned content — blogs, ebooks, case studies, emailers, decks, and digital assets
- Build content tailored to different stages of the buyer journey and adapted separately for UK and US audiences
Events & Conferences
- Own end-to-end event marketing for industry conferences and webinars across UK and US
- Deliver measurable lead capture outcomes across the full event cycle — pre-event, on-the-day, and post-event follow-through
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Own the marketing funnel inside Zoho CRM
- Work closely with sales and pre-sales on lead tagging, lifecycle tracking, and campaign attribution
- Ensure leadership always has a clear, accurate view of pipeline contribution from marketing
Cross-Team Alignment
· Work closely with sales and operations stakeholders to generate business leads and ensure marketing activity directly supports pipeline and revenue goals
· Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and delivery — ensuring campaigns are informed by what is happening on the ground and results are fed back into strategy
· Align with pre-sales on account-based targeting, with delivery on case study and proof-of-concept content, and with leadership on market priorities and messaging
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team across content, digital, branding, and automation
- Set the quality standard, hold timelines, and build team capability over time
Reporting & Insight
- Present regular performance reviews to VP Marketing — campaign results, brand metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Bring actionable recommendations, not just data
What We Are Looking For:
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with demonstrated ownership of brand and demand generation
- Experience marketing to UK and/or US audiences is non-negotiable
- Background in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions is a strong advantage
- Experience in or alongside an offshore services or outsourcing environment is directly relevant
- Proven ability to manage UK and US as separate programmes with separate calendars, messaging, and targets
- Hands-on with Zoho CRM and/or HubSpot — comfortable building workflows and reading attribution reports yourself
- Strong communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Track record of building and mentoring marketing teams
