About Our Client:
Our client is a leading Australian lighting manufacturer known for high-quality, design-driven solutions in architectural and landscape lighting. A family-owned business based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, they boast a talented in-house team of industrial designers and engineers, along with a growing portfolio of premium brands.
As part of their expansion, they are building a dedicated offshore team to support long-term growth. They seek a skilled, detail-oriented marketing professional based in the Philippines who is eager to grow with the company in a dynamic, hands-on role.
Role Overview:
This is a broad, execution-focused position requiring close collaboration with key stakeholders. You will oversee diverse marketing initiatives across digital and print formats, ensuring brand consistency and innovation. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable to new tools and strategies, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website & Digital Content Management:
- Update and maintain website content across all brands, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product offerings.
- Lead design improvements and optimizations for enhanced usability and performance.
- Assist in the redesign and ongoing management of the company’s main website.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement multi-brand marketing strategies.
- Finalize and coordinate the production of the 2025 product catalogue (print and digital).
- Produce high-end quarterly product brochures in line with brand aesthetics.
- Create and update technical materials (datasheets, wiring diagrams, instructional guides).
- Design & Asset Development:
- Design marketing collateral, including catalogues, brochures, portfolios, and POS/packaging materials.
- Develop presentations and digital/print assets for campaigns and trade displays.
- Campaign & Product Launch Support:
- Execute quarterly email marketing campaigns (EDMs), including copywriting and design.
- Drive brand development for emerging product lines.
- Coordinate launches for key products (e.g., 24V COB and 50M COB kits).
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise independently with web developers and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing or design, with a portfolio showcasing brand execution and content creation.
- Technical Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma; familiarity with email marketing tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written English, organizational agility, and a proactive mindset.
Desirable Candidate:
- Background in lighting, architecture, or design industries.
- Technical aptitude or interest in lighting products.
Work Environment: Google Workspace, Odoo ERP, 3CX for voice communication
Team Collaboration: Weekly/bi-weekly meetings via Google Meet
