JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the company’s external marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and pipeline support. This role focuses on bringing the company’s brand identity to life through targeted campaigns, content development, and media initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified business opportunities.

The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with Creative Services, Business Development, and Account Management to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with brand standards and revenue objectives. Acting as a key connector across teams, this role helps translate strategic direction into actionable marketing programs that perform in the market.

In addition, the Marketing Manager supports and manages the company’s marketing systems infrastructure, including HubSpot, leveraging data and insights to optimize campaign performance and contribute to a scalable, results-driven marketing engine that supports ongoing growth.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

External Brand Activation & Market Presence

  • Lead how Imprint shows up in the market across all external channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Translate the company’s brand identity (as defined by Creative Services) into effective marketing campaigns, content, and messaging.
  • Ensure all outward-facing communications elevate Imprint’s positioning and visibility among target clients.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and drive new business opportunities.
  • Align closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline growth, revenue targets, and client acquisition efforts.
  • Build and optimize campaigns that convert awareness into engagement and engagement into opportunities.

HubSpot & Marketing Systems Ownership

  • Own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot as the company’s core marketing platform.
  • Build and manage workflows, automation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking within HubSpot.
  • Ensure CRM and marketing systems are structured to support scalable growth, visibility into the pipeline, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment between marketing automation and sales processes.

Content, Social & Digital Ecosystem Management

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of all social media, website, and digital content platforms.
  • Build a scalable content engine including thought leadership, case studies, and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure content distribution is optimized across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize reach and engagement

Media Strategy & Distribution

  • Design and implement multi-channel media strategies that amplify Imprint’s brand and increase market visibility.
  • Identify the most effective platforms, partnerships, and channels to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Maximize the reach and lifecycle of content across all distribution channels.

Performance, Analytics & ROI Measurement

  • Establish and track KPIs for marketing performance, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data and insights.
  • Build reporting frameworks that demonstrate marketing effectiveness and contribution to revenue.

AI, Technology & Marketing Innovation

  • Identify and implement AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating tools and platforms that improve performance and scalability.
  • Explore opportunities to develop future client-facing services around marketing strategy, measurement, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Creative Services to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Partner with the VP of Creative Services to ensure all marketing efforts properly reflect the brand vision.
  • Bring structure and clarity to how campaigns move from concept through execution and distribution.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Generate a defined number of qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) contributing to overall pipeline targets.
  • Achieve conversion rate targets across the marketing funnel (awareness → engagement → opportunity).
  • Maintain and grow website traffic, social engagement, and overall brand visibility metrics.
  • Ensure HubSpot is fully optimized, with accurate reporting, automation, and pipeline visibility.
  • Deliver measurable ROI on marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
  • Maintain consistent execution and performance across all digital and content channels.
  • Support Sales in achieving overall revenue targets through effective demand generation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and executing marketing programs that contribute to pipeline growth and business development goals.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, including workflows, campaign setup, reporting, and lead management.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and content platforms.
  • Working knowledge of content strategy and distribution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in the meetings, events, experiential marketing, or agency environment preferred.

This is a remote position reporting to our Denver, CO headquarters, but if the hired individual is near one of our offices – we'd love to see them in the office a couple days a week.
