POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Integrated Marketing Lead, DTC will report to the Global Senior Director of Ecommerce and B2B with a primary focus on the growth of Implus’ direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B digital businesses by leading global email marketing campaigns, flows, and automations through Klaviyo and Shopify integrations. This role will also own SEO-friendly blog content development to increase organic traffic and visibility, ensuring content is optimized for both SERP and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.

In addition, this role will partner closely with brand marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent brand voice, while leveraging AI tools to maximize reach, personalization, and efficiency. This position is central to delivering compelling, data-driven campaigns across seven global consumer brands and B2B channels.

This role is ideal for a digital marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of ecommerce, technology, and content. You’ll be the driving force behind global campaigns and content that engage millions of customers while scaling best-in-class DTC and B2B digital experiences. Remote, US.

Essential Job Function:

1. Email Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of global email campaigns, automated flows, and customer journeys across all DTC brands using Klaviyo integrated with Shopify.
  • Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Develop post-purchase and retention email programs, enhancing lifetime value and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for US, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia.

2. Content Marketing & SEO

  • Develop and manage SEO-friendly blog content designed to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and align content with brand and product priorities.
  • Ensure content supports broader funnel activities, including education, awareness, and post-purchase support.
  • Optimize content for SERP ranking and AI tools (chatbots, generative search, etc.).

3. AI-Enhanced Content Integration

  • Leverage AI-driven tools for email subject lines, product descriptions, and blog optimization.
  • Ensure all content is structured and accessible to support AI-powered discovery (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, etc.).
  • Build guidelines for AI-compatible content creation across brands.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with brand marketing and social media to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with campaigns.
  • Align with ecommerce, product, and analytics teams to synchronize launches, measure impact, and refine strategies.
  • Support global expansion by coordinating localized content strategies for EU, UK, and Australia.

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Commerce, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in email campaign management, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
  • Strong experience in SEO strategy, content creation, and organic traffic growth.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global or multi-brand ecommerce experience.
  • B2B ecommerce and content marketing knowledge.
  • Experience working with loyalty programs, retention campaigns, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Fluency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, ShopifyQL, Klaviyo reporting).

Education & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Commerce OR a combination of education & experience will be considered.
