The Role

We're looking for a B2B marketing expert who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be the driving force behind our content strategy, digital presence, and customer engagement - working directly with our founding team to scale rapidly. This is a Lisbon-based role with flexibility for hybrid working.

Your primary mission: Driving highly engaged and qualified business leaders to our AI sales engagement team for AI Discovery Calls.

What You'll Own

Content & Storytelling

• Create compelling case studies and customer success stories that showcase real AI transformation
• Develop educational content that demystifies AI for business leaders
• Write engaging copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral
• Manage our AI newsletter and blog content strategy

Digital Events & Community

• Launch and manage weekly "AIOS Discovery Webinars & Digital Events" - helping show the power and capabilities of a digital workforce
• Organise monthly digital events showcasing AI use cases across industries
• Build a community of AI-forward business leaders
• Create engaging demo experiences that convert prospects into believers

Social Media & Brand Building

• Manage our LinkedIn presence to establish thought leadership in AI
• Create viral-worthy content about the future of digital workers
• Engage with our growing community of AI enthusiasts and customers
• Build our founder's personal brands as AI thought leaders

Campaign Execution

• Work with our performance marketing partners to optimise paid campaigns
• Create landing pages for specific use cases (healthcare AI, sales teams, reactivation campaigns)
• Track and optimise conversion funnels
• Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints

What Success Looks Like

• We have aggressive growth targets so we are looking for someone that can hit the ground running.
• We are a high performance team and we are looking for a team member that can drive momentum and lead the marketing function in IAI in a powerful way by getting things done directly.

About You

Essential Skills

• 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (AI/tech experience a huge plus)
• Exceptional English writing skills - you can make complex topics simple and engaging
• Proven track record creating content that converts
• Experience running digital events and webinars
• Strong analytical mindset - you love data and A/B testing
