Senior Software Engineer

About the Role:

Join the Warriors Team, which supports the Finance service teams and collaborates across platforms such as Salesforce and AWS. This is not project-specific but a broader engineering support role within the finance IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain applications and software tools
• Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects ***
• Gather and analyze system requirements; document specifications ***
• Implement and customize system software to meet client needs ***
• Prepare software specifications and test plans
• Develop and unit test new and existing programs
• Create deployment/migration packages for testing and production
• Perform post-implementation validation and bug resolution
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure code meets performance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field ***
• 5–7 years of professional software development experience ***
• Strong foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and software design ***
• Experience with large-scale software design and development
• Proven track record in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing production systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with legacy and modern programming environments
