Role Overview
- Position: Data Scientist / Data Engineer
- Type: Contract
- Location: United States (US Citizen required)
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks (Spark, Airflow, etc.)
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines and ETL processes
- Experience with healthcare claims data and analytics (mandatory)
- Knowledge of data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Healthcare Domain Expertise (Required)
- Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, CDA, and healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare data exchange
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
- Ability to design secure and scalable healthcare data solutions
