We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Designer & Quality Auditor to work closely with our Graphic Designer and Web Development team. This role is not a front-end development position but focuses on design quality, usability, and best practices compliance across all digital products.

Role and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure high-quality UI/UX design that meets usability, branding, and accessibility standards.
Audit and evaluate website UI, digital designs, and branding materials to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and compliance with best practices.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Develop user flows and layouts to optimize navigation and user experience.
Conduct usability testing and design audits to identify inconsistencies, accessibility issues, and areas for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the design and development teams to improve visual quality and user experience.
Ensure design consistency across all digital and print materials, including websites, graphics, marketing collateral, and social media assets.
Create and audit social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements to ensure they align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA), and emerging design technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, UI auditing, or quality analysis.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Experience in design evaluation, audits, and UI testing.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, spacing, and layout consistency.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to designers and developers.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
