Impact XM is a leader in creating innovative solutions for both virtual and live events. We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! The Senior Graphic Designer will craft compelling visual narratives and translate them into immersive branded environments and experiences. This role is crucial in every stage of the creative process — from conceptualization to design, production, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and translate ideas into visual storytelling that captivates and engages audiences.
Create conceptual themes, visual identities, and graphical elements for existing clients, new business, and internal projects.
Oversee the design process from initial concept through to final production.
Design presentation proposals using PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or InDesign.
Stay current with design trends, materials, and cutting-edge presentation techniques.
Effectively communicate and present creative work in a compelling, clear, and professional manner.
Deliver high-quality work on time, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the Creative team and other departments to achieve project goals.
Prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Consult with clients, production teams, account teams, and supervisors to align on objectives and assess project needs.
Review and ensure the quality of final deliverables before client release.
Maintain and archive image resources and design files efficiently.
Produce production-ready files and manage proofing processes.
Adhere to Impact XM’s global processes and policies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or a related field.
7-10 years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment. Experience in the experiential marketing industry is a strong asset.
MUST have experience working on creative assets for the Healthcare industry.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint/Keynote. Familiarity with XD or Figma is a plus.

Other Skills & Qualities:

Ability to adapt design languages from print/presentation into engaging digital visuals.
Strong understanding of file preparation for graphic production.
Ability to research, select, and incorporate illustrations, photographs, and text to communicate materials or services effectively.
Skilled at identifying materials and production methods for innovative graphic solutions.
Customer-focused, with a passion for collaboration and teamwork.
Experience in event marketing or a creative, solutions-driven agency environment.
Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and independent environment.
Flexible, open-minded, and receptive to feedback.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
