Impact XM is a leader in creating innovative solutions for both virtual and live events. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative team! As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be a creative problem solver and visual storyteller, collaborating with our team of 3D and digital designers to craft impactful experiences—both live and virtual. Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, and a solid understanding of both print and digital design are essential. Experience in environmental design is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

Your role will evolve as needed to support the company’s goals, but core responsibilities include:

Develop visually compelling communications and conceptual themes for existing clients, new business opportunities, and internal initiatives.
Follow and adhere to internal and external brand guidelines.
Create engaging visuals that support storytelling and messaging strategies.
Apply knowledge of both print and digital media production processes.
Understand project requirements, client needs, and roles within a project.
Design visually strong, client-focused presentations for proposals and project communications.
Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized files.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Arts, Design, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years of design experience in an agency environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in experiential marketing is a strong asset.

Technical Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Expert-level in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Adobe XD is a plus)
Presentation Software: PowerPoint or Keynote (expert-level)
Microsoft Office: Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Additional Skills & Attributes

Ability to translate print and presentation design into digital visuals.
Strong understanding of file preparation for graphic production.
Ability to research imagery, text, and illustrations for effective visual storytelling.
Knowledge of materials and production methods for innovative graphic solutions.
Passion for collaboration, customer-centric approach, and a team-player mindset.
Experience in event marketing or creative solutions-based agencies is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Flexible, open-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
