Bits of your job:

Evaluate internal sales funnels, angles, providing insights and suggesting improvements
Analyze marketing approaches, acquisition models, selling points, and competitor products
Collaborate with Marketing Operations team, Data Analysts, Tracking Specialists, Sales Operations, and others
Explore U. S. health and wellness sector to identify trending products, strategies and convert these insights into actionable plan
Drive innovation by uncovering opportunities in the market, exploring new traffic sources, and testing creative ideas
Share valuable insights continuously with Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to support strategic, data driven solutions
Other assigned tasks
Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Fluent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken)
Hands-on experience with marketing data analysis and related tools (e. g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar)
Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability
Ability to present insights and ideas to leadership
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
