Marketing Data Analyst

mmigrant Invest is an international company that specialises in citizenship and residency through investment programs in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and Turkey. We offer support for our clients from the initial consultation to the moment they receive their documents and get their investments back. We are an official authorised representative for all the investment programs we offer.

Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, and the UAE, but we hire worldwide.

We are currently looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to become part of our Marketing team. Some of the Responsibilities include:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources, including web analytics, CRM platforms, and social media channels
• Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract insights and evaluate the efficacy of marketing campaigns
• Assess the performance of marketing efforts across various channels, utilizing metrics such as ROI and key performance indicators
• Translate data findings into actionable insights through compelling visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Implement and manage event tracking mechanisms on digital platforms to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise data-driven strategies and optimize campaign performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably with a focus on marketing analysis

• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in analytical tools, with a strong command of data visualization techniques

• Experience with website event tracking tools, preferably Renta.im and Hightouch

• Solid understanding of marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficient in Russian

• Would be beneficial

• Familiarity with additional data analysis tools such as Python or R

• Exposure to machine learning and statistical analysis techniques

• Experience with BI platforms beyond basic functionalities

• Demonstrated initiative in process improvement and tool implementation
