Job Description
We’re seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead a strategic project focused on global outreach. You’ll architect and execute: from designing performance-optimized content and managing complex ad productions (Discovery/GDN/Programmatic) to executing geo-localized SEO/SEM campaigns and developing multilingual content hubs. This role demands expertise in cross-channel strategy, prowess in creative adaptation, platform tech (TTD/PMax), and data-driven optimization to convert prospects across multiple international markets.
Major Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis

Develop annual digital plans with KPIs (reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, ROI).

Research emerging global channels beyond traditional portals.

Conduct market/competitor analysis and audience segmentation.

Creative & Design Production
Digital Banner & Ad Design:
- Lead master design creation and adaptations for Discovery Ads, Programmatic Ads, and GDN campaigns.
- Ensure platform-compliant creative production (HTML5/PNG formats) and English copywriting.
Native Ad Previews: Deliver authentic previews for all ad launches.
- Campaign Setup & Execution
Search & Programmatic Advertising:
- Manage end-to-end campaigns: Google Search Ads, Remarketing, Discovery Ads, Programmatic Ads, and GDN.
- Implement keyword research, geo-targeted bidding strategies, and conversion-driven bidding.
- Set up/monitor Google Analytics (product tagging, goals, events).
AI Platform Management:
- Optimize TTD Omni-channel (display/video/mobile/audio) and Google PMax campaigns.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize English phrases across multiple countries, prioritizing first-page rankings.
- Execute comprehensive SEO: keyword research (country-specific), on-page audits, content optimization, link building.
- Continuously track rankings and traffic quality.
- Content Hub Development:
- Enrich content with testimonials/photos, optimized for SEO.
- PR Article Campaign:
- Create and Promote articles; place on regional media channels with localization.
- Propose tailored ad packages with local-language adaptations for key regions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Deliver monthly/final reports including:
- Platform performance (impressions, CTR, conversions, geo/query-level breakdowns).
- SEO/SEM progress (keyword rankings, traffic sources).
- GA4 insights, post-campaign/article performance analysis.
- Provide optimization recommendations and competitor/trend updates.
- Data & Compliance Management
- Maintain all campaign data with secure storage/backup protocols.
- Utilize analytical tools for real-time optimization and performance tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in performance marketing with hands-on TTD + Google PMax experience.
- Portfolio showing international B2C/acquisition success (lead gen or e-commerce).
- Expertise in: GA4, programmatic bidding, audience segmentation, and budget/ROI analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred:
- Experience in education sector marketing.
- Background in global campaign localization/translation.
