Job Title: Marketing Analyst/Specialist-II
Location: Montreal, QC (Remote)
Duration: 06 Months Contract with possible extension
You’ll do this by.
- Owning rapid-turn SMB campaigns for Canadian merchants from intake through launch, ensuring inputs are complete, compliant, and high-quality.
- Building and QA-ing campaigns in Ads Manager and any legacy tools as we migrate SMB workflows in Canada. Partnering cross-functionally with Canadian SMB Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time.
- Communicating with French-speaking merchants and internal partners (email, Slack, docs) to clarify requirements, confirm campaign details, and resolve issues. Monitoring live campaigns and resolving issues (budget pacing, targeting, creative mismatches, QA defects) to protect performance and merchant experience across FR and EN markets. Using SQL / Sigma and internal dashboards to validate setups and track performance, surfacing trends and edge cases to your lead and product partners.
- Supporting data entry / migration projects to accelerate Canadian SMB adoption of Ads Manager and improve data integrity at scale.
- Providing clear, written documentation and status updates in Slack and Salesforce so stakeholders always know what’s live, what’s blocked, and what’s changing.

- Operate in the details of Canadian SMB promo tooling, configs, and policies, and troubleshoot complex issues as scope evolves.
- Build and improve processes that increase accuracy and throughput for bilingual, high-volume SMB campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify defects and opportunities, turning findings into actionable recommendations for Canadian SMB partners and product stakeholders.
- Partner across teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing) to shape how Canadian SMB advertisers experience promotions. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI-supported tools to work more efficiently.
We’re excited about you because
- You have 1–2+ years in ad operations, digital advertising, data entry/audit, or similar operational roles; marketplace or Canadian tech/advertising experience is a plus.
- You are fluent in French and fully proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- You currently reside in Canada and are deeply familiar with Canadian merchants and consumer context, especially in French-speaking regions (e.g., Quebec).
- You’re extremely organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling high-volume campaign builds while maintaining best-in-class quality.
- You’re comfortable with SQL / data tools (e.g., Sigma, Sheets) and can write or edit queries to validate data and support decision-making.
- You communicate clearly in writing, reduce back-and-forth with sales, and can explain complex ops constraints simply to SMB partners in both FR and EN.
- You work autonomously, know when to escalate, and see issues through to full resolution.
- You’re a self-starter who’s excited to learn new tools and contribute to a constantly evolving SMB ads stack.
