Lead Digital Producer (Short Job Description)
Role Summary
The Lead Digital Producer will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives across web, mobile, OTT, and streaming platforms. This role leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital production from concept to launch.
- Lead collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, UX, and Analytics teams.
- Manage digital campaigns, content updates, and platform enhancements.
- Optimize customer journeys using performance data, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and brand compliance.
- Track and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital production or digital marketing.
- Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Experience in media, streaming, telecom, or subscription-based business preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
