SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to IMC CEO Scott has two overall objectives: to maximize executive efficiency and to ensure seamless operation while being a trusted advisor and gatekeeper. Success is aggressively and proactively achieving both.
The role works closely with CEO Scott Ihrig, his husband and co-leader Shannon Morrison, and their executive leadership team. In addition to IMC, Scott and Shanon also lead Drama Club - a musical theatre development, investment, production, and writer residency company. (www.drama.club). This role will support this business as well.

ABOUT DRAMA CLUB
Drama Club creates brave musicals with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and emerging artists. We run Drama Club Camp — a musical theatre writing retreat in Maine that hosts show development retreats and free writer residencies. We also commission, develop, and invest in new musicals. Our recent commercial credits include DRAG: The Musical (Off-Broadway; GLAAD Award winner; Lortel Award nominee); A Strange Loop (Broadway & London; (Tony & Pulitzer).
