The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with ImageBloom clients to develop and implement strategic clinical trial marketing campaigns. The Marketing Project Manager role is to lead customer communication, manage a high volume of projects, develop and execute ad concepts, and ensure marketing best practices on all applicable platforms, including a wide variety of digital media platforms, Google Ads, print, online classifieds, email campaigns, and occasionally television and radio advertisements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting campaign results, providing valuable feedback and suggestions to clients, and ensuring the overall success of every project.
The Marketing Project Manager will bring high-level marketing experience to this role and exhibit an always-learning attitude through continuing education in the marketing field. The candidate must continually contribute to company goals, including monthly and quarterly sales goals, strategizing and implementing new marketing efforts and services, and other internal company goals. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Primary job duties for this position consist of the following
- Work directly with multiple clients to analyze marketing goals and objectives
- Identify effective marketing and promotional channels around client goals
- Work with the graphic design team to strategize branding ideas, study campaign ideas, promotional materials, and ad copy
- Analyze clinical trial protocols and develop strategic advertising proposals
- Execute digital and traditional advertising campaigns, analyze results, and ensure the success of each
- Blog and press release writing, and the ability to distribute effectively to the appropriate media
- Email blast creation through MailChimp, Constant Contact, and other platforms as required
- Google and YouTube Ad placement, reporting, and management
- Understand Google Analytics reporting and possess the ability to relay the results of all campaigns to IB team and clients
- SEO strategy and implementation, including the ability to utilize SEMrush as required
- Effectively analyze and present reports, provide marketing suggestions, and successfully lead client calls
- Contribute to the company's monthly and quarterly sales goals and revenue targets through upselling, outreach to prior clients, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a high-level skill set in all forms of advertising
- 3-5 years of clinical trial marketing experience
- Experience and strong proficiency with ad placement on social media platforms (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Ads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customers and support the marketing team
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to creatively think outside the box as it relates to advertising concepts, design ideas, and implementing new marketing platforms
- Excellent listening and responding skills
