About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX Expert) who can craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital experiences across mobile, web, and enterprise products.
• Conduct user research, define personas, and build journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides for consistency.
• Translate business requirements and complex workflows into simple, elegant UI solutions.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for better user engagement.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in UI/UX tools – Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, interaction principles, and design systems.
• Experience with user testing, prototyping, and information architecture.
• Ability to convert concepts into interactive, data-driven designs.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing real product designs — web, mobile, and system dashboards.
• Prior experience in a SaaS, startup, or enterprise product environment.
