An AI startup redefining how enterprise HR teams operate is hiring a customer-facing technical specialist to help deploy and optimise their next-generation agentic AI platform.
This is a highly technical implementation and workflow engineering role focused on integrating AI into complex HR environments. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to design, configure, and deploy AI-powered HR workflows across systems like Workday, UKG, Dayforce, SAP, SharePoint and Google Workspace.
If you enjoy solving messy operational problems, working closely with customers, and building real-world AI workflows — without being sat writing backend production code all day — this is the type of role worth looking at.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and deploying AI-powered HR workflows for enterprise customers
- Integrating with HCM/HRIS platforms including Workday, UKG, Dayforce, SAP and related systems
- Working with APIs, SSO, SCIM provisioning and data integrations
- Translating customer HR processes into scalable workflow solutions
- Configuring integrations with knowledge systems such as SharePoint and Google Drive
- Troubleshooting technical implementation and integration issues
- Acting as the technical counterpart to customer success and implementation teams
- Using AI tooling and automation to improve internal workflows and delivery efficiency

You do not need to be a deep ML engineer or traditional software engineer, but you should be technically confident and comfortable:
- Reading API documentation
- Working with REST APIs and JSON
- Troubleshooting integrations
- Using Python for scripting/automation
- Operating in fast-moving startup environments
- Communicating directly with enterprise customers
