Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join a growing Design team and shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences. This is a unique opportunity to influence the build of a product that is poised to transform the industry.

This is a remote role based in the United States.

Ideal candidates are based in the North East.

Occasional travel is anticipated.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design of new features across web and mobile.
• Translate complex problems and data-rich workflows into simple, elegant, user-centered designs.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to co-create solutions grounded in user insight and business goals.
• Participate in and leverage user research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and help build a scalable design system that ensures consistency and quality across the product.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout implementation to ensure high-quality execution.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, systems thinking, and visual design craft across complex products.
• Experience working in early-stage, fast-paced environments (0→1) and designing for scale.
• Comfort designing for complex systems, data-rich interfaces, and/or AI-driven experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, with knowledge of accessibility and design best practices.
• Strong communication, active listening, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Startup mindset: self-directed, collaborative, resourceful, and excited by ambiguity.
• Ability to utilize AI effectively as a part of the design workflow.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, discover underlying needs, solve problems, synthesize innovative solutions, and optimize products.
• Productive approach to time management, prioritization, stress management, and personal effectiveness
