We are seeking a Sr. Manager or Director, CRM Lifecycle Strategy to lead the unified CRM function across both hardware direct to consumer and iFIT subscription experiences. This leader will bridge commercial priorities across product lines, build scalable lifecycle frameworks, and elevate team capabilities through clear strategy, strong operating rhythms, and modern automation practices.
This role is both strategic and operational. The ideal candidate will shape lifecycle vision while also building processes, templates, and systems that enable teams to execute consistently at a high level.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
Unified CRM Vision
Create a cohesive lifecycle strategy that connects hardware purchase journeys with subscription engagement, ensuring customers experience one continuous relationship with iFIT.
Commercial Partnership
Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, DTC Sales, Ecommerce, and Subscription leadership to align CRM efforts with revenue goals, product launches, and growth priorities.
Operational Excellence
Standardize lifecycle processes, campaign frameworks, and performance measurement to drive consistency across teams.
Team Development and Transformation
Evaluate current team structures, identify gaps, and implement training, templates, and automation to improve execution quality and eliminate inefficient workflows.
