Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and elevate the user experience across our online bank and customer portals.
• Design and evolve visual interfaces with strong attention to typography, color, micro-interactions and detail.
• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Build and maintain our design system and component library to ensure consistency across surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers on user flows, prototypes and delivery.

Must-have Qualifications:

• Strong UX foundation and ability to translate user needs into concrete design solutions.
• Solid visual design skills: typography, color, layout, micro-interactions, and ability to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar), including interactive prototypes and clean developer hand-offs.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Understanding of how AI can add value in the design process.
• Understanding of how to design a good user experience / user journey

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, React, Blazor or similar).
• Startup or scale-up experience.
• Background in regulated industries (finance/banking), e.g. KYC and consent flows.
• Experience with user testing and analytics tools (Hotjar, Maze, Amplitude).
• Motion design experience.
