- As a Senior Program Manager for Data Center Construction, you will play a crucial role in leading the planning, coordination, and execution of data center projects for Microsoft.

What are the key responsibilities?

- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to data center construction projects.

- Coordinate detailed project plans and oversee the integration of technical activities.

- Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

- Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees, ensuring staff competence.

- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demands for project planning.

- Collaborate with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.

- Review and recommend/approve contracts and cost estimates.

What experience are we looking for to drive success?

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

- 5-7 years of experience in program management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management software

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- PMP or PMI certification

- Engineering background in EE or Mechanical Engineering

- Knowledge of AI, data center planning, or power-related concepts
