Mission:
As the first dedicated marketing professional at IEC Holden, you will build on the strong foundation laid by our Sales team to lead and execute all marketing initiatives. Your role will encompass brand visibility, digital campaigns, content creation, tradeshow participation, and community building. You'll support outbound and inbound sales, help attract top talent, and play a key role in a major rebranding effort as we position IEC Holden as the premier outsourced electric motor manufacturing partner in North America.
Outcomes within 12 months:
Full Ownership of Marketing Function:
- Target: Establish marketing systems and processes that enable consistent planning, execution, and reporting through a performance dashboard within the first 90 days.
Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation:
- Target: Increase inbound inquiries from 40 to 120 annually.
Brand Awareness & Social Engagement:
- Target: Grow IEC Holden’s LinkedIn page from 4,750 to 10,000 followers.
- Target: Increase LinkedIn post interactions (likes, comments, shares) to an average of 1000/month.
Content Development & Execution:
- Target: Publish at least 10 pieces of digital content weekly on LinkedIn.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Target: Achieve X # of resumes submitted on our website.
General Marketing:
- Target: Manage tradeshow and special event participation, ongoing marketing material and website development.
Job Competencies:
- Marketing Execution: Proven ability to plan and execute B2B marketing strategies supporting brand, sales, and recruitment goals.
- Messaging & Brand Positioning: Skilled at crafting compelling narratives that reflect IEC Holden’s unique value and build trust and community with our audiences.
- Content Creation: Ability to produce and coordinate high-quality content across channels; social, web, email, print, video, and events.
- Collaboration & Support: Works cross-functionally with sales, HR, and leadership to understand needs and deliver timely, high-impact marketing solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: All these competencies will have a strong foundation of data in order to deliver results. Data to track key performance indicators, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
