Trade Marketing Efficiency Manager (All Markets)

IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Trade Marketing Efficiency Manager (All Markets). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

Role Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for driving excellence in retail execution by developing and maintaining performance audit methodologies, promotional efficiency analytics, and in-store execution standards. By consolidating and analyzing data across all markets, this role generates actionable insights to optimize promotional activities and enhance cooler placement efficiency.

Job Location: Ukraine.

Job Responsibilities:

Retail Performance Audit

• Develop and implement a channel performance measurement methodology, including key metrics and measurement rules.

• Consolidate and analyze retail performance audit data across all markets.

• Provide ongoing support to local markets in developing, adapting, and implementing measurement methodologies.

• Analyze audit data to identify insights and recommend improvements.

Advertising Activity Audit

• Create and maintain advertising analytics methodology across all markets.

• Develop and manage dashboards to visualize promotion and activation results.

• Evaluate advertising and activation effectiveness; propose optimization strategies.”

Refrigeration Equipment (Refrigerators)

• Analyze refrigeration efficiency data and recommend efficiency improvement plans.

• Maintain and update coverage boards.

• Develop placement plans and ensure performance tracking across all markets.

In-store guidelines and channel standards

• Develop and maintain channel standards and brand visibility guidelines across key retail environments.

• Ensure standards across brands’ stores: Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HORECA (HRC), Gas Stations (PS), Pharmaceutical Channels, E-com.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or related roles within the FMCG or retail industry;
• Experience in working with SFA, BI and ERP solutions, as well as experience in working with providers and analysts in the context of setting tasks to build reporting on TM indicators;
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing;
• Fluent knowledge of English and Russian is a must;
