Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:

Lead the implementation of a SaaS solution, Helios, designed for care management, case management, and utilization management
Develop and manage detailed project plans, overseeing project milestones, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Drive projects using a hybrid of Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, tailored to our client's needs
Utilize Wrike for project planning and tracking
Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, streamline processes, and maintain project momentum

Required Skills for Senior Project Manager - SaaS Implementation:

7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS or ERP implementations
Understanding of healthcare payor industry is a huge plus!
Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex software implementation projects
Experience in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with project planning tools, ideally Wrike or similar systems
Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and business environments
Professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to foster collaboration and engagement across teams
