Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Data Scientist:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance game development and live game experiences.
• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and datasets to address skill-related challenges in games.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to identify areas for improvement in player matchmaking and skill systems.
• Work closely with engineers and game designers to fine-tune matchmaking systems for balanced gameplay.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills for Senior Data Scientist:

• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end data solutions, from design to deployment, in a gaming or entertainment context.
• Strong background in machine learning, AI, or statistics, with a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Torch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
• Ability to convey data insights to diverse audiences effectively.
