Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Partner Marketing Specialist:

Plan, launch, and optimize joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners, aligning with business priorities and goals.
Create and curate engaging marketing assets, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social content, and email campaigns.
Coordinate logistics and provide marketing support for webinars, in-person events, partner summits, and sponsored trade shows.
Collaborate with Partner Managers to co-create marketing plans, set KPIs, and support campaign execution across scaled partner accounts.
Analyze marketing performance using dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements.
Manage marketing program budgets for sponsorships, events, and digital campaigns.

Required Skills for Partner Marketing Specialist:

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, product marketing, or a related role.
Proven experience managing co-marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects with partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
Experience with event planning, campaign reporting, and agency coordination.
Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using data to drive strategy.
Highly organized with excellent project management and logistics coordination skills.
