Our client—a leading organization in the fundraising and nonprofit sector—is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Email Marketing Technologist to join their Performance Marketing Email team. This is a great opportunity to support high-impact digital campaigns that drive engagement and fundraising efforts at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand emails
- Conduct email QA, rendering tests, and ensure responsive performance across devices
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times
- Report on campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Support advanced SFMC features including automation and journey building
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Email Studio
- Adobe Photoshop expertise for email asset creation and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and experience in campaign QA
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Preferred:
- Experience with Contact Builder and Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with nonprofit marketing or fundraising campaigns
