Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Transition Manager:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate website changes and timelines to transition brand content/features within specified migration timelines.
- Benchmark and measure digital KPIs, sharing data/insights/actions with the marketing leadership team.
- Direct 3rd party partner relationships, ensuring the quality, volume, and distribution of online content meets the highest standards.
- Oversee integration with third-party tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LeadExec) to maximize digital investment and improve lead generation.
Required Skills for Digital Marketing Transition Manager:
- 2-5 years of Marketing transition management experience.
- 5+ years of subject matter expertise across one or more of the following areas: SEO, Website optimization & analytics, Paid Media/Search.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, planning, and execution abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
