Program Manager – Enterprise Asset Management

Job Title: PMO Program Manager – Mid - Asset Management

Duration: 16 Months

Location: Remote – Washington DC (Quarterly travel required for PI Planning Events)

Seeking a PMO Program Manager with strong experience in project governance, infrastructure asset management, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships across business, technology, delivery, and operational teams

Influence stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities

Support programs within formal project governance frameworks, including PMO, PMBOK, and stage-gate methodologies

Develop documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations to support program decisions

Analyze data and use visualizations to provide actionable insights

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of project/program management experience

Experience in asset-intensive, infrastructure, or capital project environments

Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes

Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience with Jira, MS Project, Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

Preferred:

Rail infrastructure or linear asset experience

Maximo or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems

PMP, IAM, ISO 55000, or related certifications
